| We are offering a Wellness Retreat that will be a fun-filled day of educational events and food that will provide you with useful daily living information. Meditaion, T'ai Chi, Nada Ear Acupuncture, Prana Yama Breathing, Drumming, Organic Gardening and Composting and numerous activity classes are just a few events that will be offered. An organic lunch will be provided. This retreat will be held at the beautiful Sacred Grove Retreat in Gold Hill, NC (a 20 minute drive from downtown Concord). Sacred Grove sits on a beautiful 11 acres of land surrounded with woods, walking trails and plenty of space to renew your spirit. Steve Nelson will be offering a Spring Equinox Ceremony in the evening. The cost will be $10. ($85 if paying with check or cash) |
